Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return your item under the following conditions:

 Return Period
You can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

 Condition of Returned Items
Items must be:
- unused
- unopened
- in their original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

 Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless the delivered item does not match the order or is damaged.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, or receive valid proof of return shipment, we will issue a refund within 14 days.  
Processing usually takes 5–7 business days depending on the payment method.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at supportvelnura@gmail.com / support@velnura.com
We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
